Men's Paraboot

Paraboot was founded in 1908 by Rémy Richard-Pontvert in Izeaux, France, and remains one of the few footwear makers to produce every pair in its own workshops. The brand registered the name “Paraboot” in 1927, inspired by the Amazonian port of Para, where latex for their natural rubber soles was sourced. Introduced in 1945, the Michael model became Paraboot’s signature shoe — a sturdy, Norwegian-welted derby combining French craftsmanship, premium leather and the brand’s trademark natural rubber sole.
