UK Delivery

For UK orders with a value under £100, next day delivery is £4. Please note the shipping days and cut off time below apply for next day delivery. 

 

In Store Click & Collect

Please select Click & Collect at checkout along with your choice of either the Ipswich or Woodbridge store. You will receive an email or call when your order is ready to be collected. Collections must be made within 7 days of being notified.

Free Delivery Offer

Free delivery is offered to customers in mainland England, Scotland & Wales with an order total exceeding £100.

 

Orders that are part returned will only be charged postage costs if the value of the kept item(s) drops below £100.

 

Bank Holidays

Orders due to be shipped/delivered on a Bank Holiday will be delayed due to our courier company not operating on these days. 

 

Receipt of Parcel

All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign for a parcel a card will be left and a second delivery attempted on a subsequent day. After a second delivery attempt your parcel may need to be collected from the couriers local depot.

Next Day Delivery

To receive UK Next Day Delivery, please place your order Monday–Thursday before 2 pm. Orders placed after this time may not be dispatched for a further 24 hours.

Please note: if your order includes multiple items, dispatch may be delayed slightly if stock needs to be transferred between stores. We’ll always contact you if there’s any delay beyond the expected timeframe.
