Christmas Returns Policy

Our extended Christmas returns policy is now live. Purchases made online between 10 November 2025 and 24 December 2025 can be returned up until 6 January 2026.

Online Returns & Exchanges

We offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached

• Please keep all tags and packaging until you’re completely satisfied with your order

For in-store purchases, please speak to a member of staff in our Ipswich or Woodbridge stores for full terms.

• Items are returned at the sender’s cost and risk

• Recorded and insured delivery is strongly recommended

• Postage & packaging (P&P) is non-refundable

If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark your package:
