Christmas Returns Policy

Starting Monday 4th November our returns period is extended up until the 7th January 2025. All other returns terms and conditions apply.

Online Returns & Exchanges

We offer an exchange or refund only if the items are returned with the original tags and packaging unworn and unwashed. Please do not throw away the tags or packaging until totally satisfied.

 

Items are returned at the senders cost and risk, recorded and insured delivery is recommended. All P&P is non-refundable.

We aim to process all refunds within 3 days of receipt, but please be aware refunds will take longer to appear on your card.

 
For orders being returned from outside of the UK please mark the package "RETURNED GOODS". All taxes and customs charges of returned items are the responsibility of the sender.
