Do you only sell online?

No, we have stores stocking Menswear, Womenswear and lifestyle brands based in Ipswich and Woodbridge, Suffolk. For more information please visit our Find Us page.


Where do you source your brands?

You can shop with us with confidence as we are authorised stockists of all brands available in store and online.


My size is not available on your site -

Feel free to email us to request an unavailable item at or by using our Contact Us page, where we will do our best to assist you. 


Can measurements be provided for garments?

We are happy to provide measurements for all items. Please email with the product name, size and details of the measurement required and we will respond as soon as possible.


Order Issues

I am experiencing issues placing an order?

I have not received email confirmation of my order -

If you have not received confirmation of your order please check your Spam folder. Alternatively please contact us by email - or by phone 01473 210884 – where we can look into the issue for you. 


Can my order be cancelled/amended?

If you would like to cancel/amend your order please contact us as soon as possible either by email – or by phone 01473 210884. Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched we are only able to refund/exchange returned items according to our policy below.




Which couriers do you use?

We currently use DHL and Royal Mail for all UK and European deliveries.


Can I deliver to an alternative address?

Yes we can deliver items to a work address, our courier delivers Monday to Friday. Just fill in the shipping delivery information on the checkout pages.


Where can I view information on shipping prices/times? 

All information is available on our Delivery page.


Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes, please select Click & Collect at checkout along with your choice of either Ipswich or Woodbridge. 



How do i return an item for refund/exchange?

Each order includes a return form which has all information including the return address and for reference our returns policy is below. 

Purchases made online are governed by UK distance selling regulations and our online returns policy is different to our policy in store. Please ensure the returns form which is enclosed with each order is completed in full. 

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, after that items cannot be returned. 
  • We offer an exchange or refund only if the items are returned with the original tags and packaging, unworn and unwashed. Please do not throw away the tags or packaging until totally satisfied. 
  • Items are returned to us at the senders cost and risk, recorded and insured delivery is recommended. All P&P is non-refundable. 
  • If you wish to exchange an item please make sure you follow all the above steps, feel free to call us on 01473 210884 or email us Where we can advise you on product availability and reserve any items for you. 
  • We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt, but please be aware refunds will take longer to show on your statement. 
  • For orders being returned from outside of the UK please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS”. All taxes and custom charges of returned items are the responsibility of the sender.
